Themed Parties
The creativity of James Gordon Workshop is driven by creative
director James Gordon. He has a passion for stylish and unique
themed parties both corporate and private. Whilst there are the more
traditional event themes (see below) at James Gordon Workshop we
believe in creating a unique special event each time.
Themed parties are not merely a bit of decoration, they involve
many event services such as sourcing a unique venue/location, décor,
lighting, props, styling, theming, performers, specific
entertainment , themed catering, sets, custom stages, tailored
invitations and the experience of event managers, coordinators,
production managers and a technical crew.
Themed parties are often used to attract a specific audience,
entice the media, and work best when creating a lasting impression
for an organization. Design planning for these kind of creative
events start months earlier if not years earlier to secure specific
venues, entertainment, performers, the right caterer, the best
location, the right lighting etc. Our organizer/organizers are
wonderful wealth of supplier information.
Themed parties and special events are also often used to
celebrate private occasions such as 21st, 30th, 40th, 50th, 60th,
70th birthdays. We have planned fabulous birthdays, weddings,
anniversary and christening parties for many of Sydney contacts.
Themed parties can be in the style of a gala dinner, cocktail
function, breakfast or substantial food stations.
Corporate Christmas parties are often themed, but end of year
celebratory parties don’t need to be ‘red and green’ in decoration.
In fact we would tend to decorate with a completely different décor
and turn the theme on its end to deliver something unexpected and
spectacular.
James Gordon Workshop provides a team of event managers and
co-ordinators, and technical production for events. An event
organiser/organisers or party co-ordinator will be allocated to each
event. The ware house on site gives us the ability to design and
build sets, props, staging and signage elements for most of our
corporate clients, business clients or social clients.
With the use of complex creative themed entertainment, themed
parties can engage an audience beyond the standard event.
Performances and performers are tailored to each unique themed
party. The caterer and wait staff are important components of themed
parties and gala dinners.
